At Wood Art City, we value your trust and strive to make every purchase worry-free. Our refund policy is transparent and easy to understand.


Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition

  • The issue is reported within 30 days of delivery

  • The product meets our Return Policy criteria


Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery

  2. Share your order details along with images of the damaged product

  3. Once the return is approved, we will arrange for pickup or replacement

  4. Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected


Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • The refund amount will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that are not damaged

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture, unless damaged during transit

  • Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling after delivery


Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a condition different from their original state.


Order Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations (as per our Cancellation Policy) are eligible for a full refund

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for refunds unless received damaged
