- a) Customers can cancel their order by call Woodartcity customer care at 8899317799 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request for cancellation.
- b) Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from the Woodartcity warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.
RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

- a) Woodartcity.com offers a 7 day no questions asked return policy to all its customers.
- b) Customers can raise a return request by logging into their account or can call Woodartcity customer care at 8899317799 or send an email to email@example.com with order details.
- c) If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; Woodartcity reserved the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user.

We strive to meet your expectations, make efforts to ensure all orders placed are delivered as per the specifications of our customers and stick to the timelines for shipping and delivery.
- 1) If due to any reason the order isn’t shipped out by Woodartcity then the order can be cancelled, and your money will be refunded to you. If your shipping address is not serviced by our logistics division, we will automatically cancel your order and the money will be refunded to you.
- 2) If the product delivered is faulty, damaged in transit, or the wrong product is delivered, we will initiate a refund.
- 3) It is the customer’s responsibility to not to accept the damaged shipment or if the package is already opened. However, if the product is found to be damaged after opening the package, the customer should write to us or call us to log-in to the issue on the same day. If the customer fails to do that in the given time period mentioned above, then he/she will not be eligible for free returns.

The complete refund process normally takes about 7-10 working days. This includes time for product pickup, quality inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.
